I have gotten it at ALMOST full speed. keep in mind the parts i showed are the slowest parts

yea i agree frameskip is to jerky for me.

i always play with no frameskip

I only get 10 FPS at Kokiri forest on the same settings.

Frameskip auto 1 and limit it to full speed. Makes the game ALMOST perfect for me. Except in places like Hyrule Field at night and Kokiri forest
