There should be no untested changes committed to the SVN. Any changes should compiled and released as an Alpha to other Devs via a PM... If tested OK then the change can be committed.
Edit: They can also be released to the Testers forum for pre-commit testing as Grazz has been doing. BTW, Great work keep it up.
