They appear white (Fixable) (SS #6)proof that its fixable: When you obtain a rubee from a chest or from winning a mini game, the rubee is all white and doesn't show its color. there are different color rubees representing its value (Fixable)Red rubee (worth 20) (SS #2)yellow rubee (worth 200) SEMI-FIXED (SS #3)Proof that its fixable: Note: There are other color rubees, I only found these. I'm sure the other colors are messed up to. the others are green, blue, purple In this shop, I've noticed a lot of bugs here, most of the items are messed up (Fixable)Left side of selection Right side of selection (SS #1)should look like this: right side of selection  left side of selection  Proof that its fixable: Fixed - Except Glass smoothness which requires PrimLODFrac or SecondTexture.At the fishing pond, at the back where theres a small stream, as it gets to the water theres a small current, but it appears white and theres no movement (Fixable) Proof that its fixable: At the fishing pond, when you walk in the water, the sand at the bottom is supposed to be smoky as you walk through, but instead small triangles white triangles appear (Fixable) Proof that its fixable: (2-in-1 bug) These spike enemies that are underwater are all white and should be shiny & silver. Also, the floor is supposed to be sand and not have any reflection of the water (half fixed so far on the spike enemy) (fixable) proof that its fixable: when you go to the great fairy fountain and call out the great fairy, she heals you, and when she does these waves come around you. but the waves look white (SS #4)Should look like this: when you use din's fire, the fire surrounding you is white FIXEDwhen you use Nayru's love, it appears all white FIXEDwhen you use Farore's wind (used in dungeons only) it appears all white (fixable) should look like this: dins fire  farore's wind  Nayru's love  At the cutscene in front of the hyrule castle, ganondorf charges his blast but it appears white, should be yellow BY: Bigshot23 FIXED(SS #7)When you first get the Giant's Knife and hold it over your head, it appears invisible, only the handle is visible BY: Bigshot232 (Fixable) (SS #10)Proof that its fixable: 2 similar bugs When you first get the silver scale, it appears in a polygon shape, it should be a blue see through ball with a scale in it BY: Bigshot232 FIXED(SS #12)The same goes for the golden scale but this time its a green ball BY: Bigshot232 When you obtain a small key and hold it over head, it appears invisible BY:Bigshot232 (Fixable) SS #15)proof that its fixable: When you obtain a Big Key and hold it over head, it appears invisible BY: Bigshot232 (Fixable) (SS #16)proof that its fixable: When you receive the rumble pack, it appears invisible BY: Bigshot232 (Fixable) (SS #24)proof that its fixable: After you beat your phantom ganon, he enters a portal but it appears fruity and should be purple only BY:Bigshot232 (Fixable) (SS #22)proof that its fixable: When you receive the lens of truth, the lens appears white BY:Bigshot232 (SS #21)When this monster goes underground, dirt is supposed to spread out from the ground, but appears white (SS #23) Other BugsLink's mirror shield doesn't have a design on it and is completely gray well, sometimes it shows up and sometimes it doesn't, it should be shiny to Should look like this: the boomerang for young link is supposed to have a red pendant on it but instead its blue should look like this: when you use the lens of truth, you see extra circles on the side When the floor master monster (scary hand on the floor) tries to attack you, its supposed to glow green, but it doesn't, same as the bug when link gets hurt and he never blinks red Why is there an extra circle? throughout the game, the torches don't move, they're completely still  should look like this: The grass in this game doesn't seem right, too many weed spots (tan spots) Should look like this: This bug is rare to notice, as time changes and the sky changes colors, a box of the previous daytime may appear Throughout the game, when a waterfall hits the water, it seems to appear square. These 2 pics I got from Gerudo Valley, this may occur in zoras domain also The inside of the water temple doesn't look right at all. All the walls are missing the design and all you see is the reflection of the water. I've been exploring the ice cavern and found a few bugs, first, the edging around these ice blocks are black in the ice cavern, the snow appears kinda black, should be white  should look like this: the keese (bats) are brown and should be black with red eyes should look like this: These hearts seem kinda black Should look like this: Epona the horse has a messed up head, this applies for majoras mask also These magic arrows aren't complete, they need a little more workfire arrow ice arrow light arrow Should look like this: fire arrow:  ice arrow:  light arrow:  Some of the holes in the walls of death mountain are covered by walls that you can walk through BY: Bigshot232 (SS #8)When you receive the egg and hold it over your head, it appears invisible BY: Bigshot232 FIXED(SS #9)During the scene when you see the triforce (gold triangles) it appears silver instead of gold By: Cutthroatdie & Bigshot232 FIXED(SS #13)should look like this: When you sing zelda's Lullaby to open the waterfall to get into zora's domain, the waterfall is supposed to split open but it doesn't BY: Bigshot232 (SS #14)should look like this: When you get close to a ghost image at the Forest Temple, its supposed to disappear and appear on another image, but it doesn't disappear and actually makes this part easier BY: Bigshot232 (SS #17)When you kill a gold skulltulla, a gold token appears and is surrounded by a blue flame, but the flame surrounding it is a square, also it doesn't appear to be gold at all BY: Azurath & madmax2069 (SS #18)

Theres a lack of shine to metal objects. especially silver objects. ex:rubees, spike enemy, swords, mirror shield . When you target enemies, the targeting icon is missing 5-7-09 . Every time you change items on your c-buttons, the items don't show up til you leave the area or press select to go to the daedalus menu and go back to the game. this happens when you return to being young link and it shows that you still have the master sword when you don't 5-25-09 - Many items you obtain look messed up, as when you obtain an item for the first time like the deku nut for example. Even the items in shops are messed up to, and when you buy them.

Fixed Bugs (Reference) go here to see older fixed bugs http://daedalusx64.com/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=956Throughout the game in the spots where there are certain views, the whole area looks all colorful, check it out. these snapshots are in the Market FIXEDsavestate for zelda v 1.0 (in market as young link) : http://www.sendspace.com/file/s7up7ideath mountain has some major bugs, some areas are invisible (you can see the big goron now, hes hiding xD) (by Dodongos cavern the floor is invisible to) SEMI-FIXED (semi-fixed cuz at the beginning of death mountain, the wall is see through) when you go into the well, everything is invisible (as in some other areas like death mountain) FIXEDin gerudo valley when your on the bridge and you look down, everything is black and the big river is missing, including the big waterfall FIXEDThe cave leading to the shadow temple shows the sky xD (it looks like im walking in the sky) FIXED

They don't always fix the bugs on the spot. They include it in the download of daedalusx64. It is just my or almost all my submenus broken =| Using DaedalusX64 Alpha Revision 432(Even until 430 its still like that) EDIT: Managed to fix with the help of NintendoBoy13 by disabling HLE, although there is a small glitch in the equipment section:
