Which rev are you using? I can see a little red border to the left of the 8 in the "Emulation on PSP" graphic, so I assume it's below 382.

He is using beta 2 Update.

I fixed a couple of issue for SCARS, just the sky needs a bit of work. (I'll work on it soon)
Try to compile the latest revision and try it.
