Bullcrap mine only runs at 10 fps at Kokiri forest  does it get any faster later on?

Yep 20fps for U version. 15fps for E version (not 100% sure since I never tried the E version but it should)

si en la version usa va 15 de 20 y en la E va a 10 de 15
entonces la version usa va mas rapido puesto que 1/4 es menos que 1/3
