Today I got rev 719 and tried to play OOT. And it runs perfectly on my phat PSP. I've been looking forward to this, thanks guys and sorry if I should have posted this somewhere else. If wanted I can also post my settings.

the framerate depends of the version if is (U) you will get aroud 14-15 in kokiri forest but if it's (E) you will get around 9-10fps in kokiri forest but remember the usa version to get full speed needs 60fps and the european version just need 50 so the speed is the same in both version xD

Yep 20fps for U version.
15fps for E version (not 100% sure since I never tried the E version but it should)

si en la version usa va 15 de 20
y en la E va a 10 de 15

entonces la version usa va mas rapido puesto que 1/4 es menos que 1/3

I believe pJ64 shows the VI rate and not FPS.

really for the experience that i have testing emulators (of all consoles) to a full speed game pley you need at least 30fps (to play with sound enabled) in the usa version and in the (E) version you need at least 25fps but the project64 reach the 60 or 50 fps in zelda in some places so in conclution for a really confortable and a perfect emulation you will need at least 25 fps ;D how do i know this: becouse i've tried a lots of emulators and i follow all the project64 xD i'm adict to taste emulators lol
