Rules and Guidelines for bug submission

These guidelines are here to protect us developers from any confusion to what the bug actually is.

1. Please post in a clear and concise way that us developers can understand, if it is not clear your message will be ignored / deleted and you will be asked to submit it again. (If you speak another language natively, this rule will be waived however you must state in your message that you are not from an English speaking background)

You will be asked to post in the subject

For Alphas
[Alpha] [RevNo] [brief description of the issue]

Public Releases
[ReleaseNo] [Brief description of the issue]

This makes it much easier for us to track.

2. To post a bug report, you must post in a similar fashion as quoted.

Quote:

Revision No: ( Build: XXX)
Game Name:
Game Build: (Game Build is after the game name (the (U) [!] stuff))
Issue Type: (Graphic, Audio, Game Freeze etc)
Issue:

You MAY also include a Screenshot and OR a savestate, please do so if possible. (Save state must be at the location or before the location)

3. You MAY NOT post the ROM here. You may only post the ROM via PM if requested by the developer.

4. If the bug is already reported, do not report it again.

If you do not follow these guidelines your post will be deleted, if you are a repeat offender you may be banned for 24 hours.

Thank you for your co-operation and your contribution to this project!

Also when uploading an exception text, there is no need to upload it just do a copy paste inside the spoiler tag.
