Hello everybody, as the title states we are starting a contest to choose the best art for the upcoming Eboot to be used for Daedalusx64 Beta 3, which should be released in a few weeks from now.
Anybody not familiar with this contest, is has been a tradition in the Daedalus community that is done since R13, Beta 1, and Beta 2, we are really excited to see your entries.
The winner will be chosen by vote among the devs and staff members of Daedalusx64. Winner's Art will be used for DX64 Beta 3 and also the winner's name will appear in the release itself when DX64 B3 is released.
The rules are simple:
1 - Your entry must consist of a pic1,icon0 etc ( Note : Icon0 is not required, you are free to use our current icon0 or modify it, we actually encourage to do that since D logo is pretty much the trademark of Daedalus)
2 - Your entry must be unique and made by you; no recycled, previous or stolen entries are allowed.
3 - Please avoid using copyright art work
4 - All entries must be posted here
4 - All entries must use the attached boxart as base.png /psd for your pic1
Update 2-12-10 Deadline was pushed to one more week, don't worry guys we are still on schedule. This to allow us to polish more the code and do further tests before release, also to allow more entries and ppl to work on their entries.
Update 2-20-10
Deadline is February 21, before 12:00 AM

Also added a base icon0 with our logo, guys feel free to use and modify it to match your designs. Remember guys : You are not obligated to use it all, you can create your own icon0
