It's a really awesome feature, I'm just stuck wondering how it works. I can tell that it's making use of the slack in the GPU (as you've mentioned, DX64 is CPU intensive).

if I enable Video rate match with worms
fps are reduce by half :/ (~23 to 12)

Sounds normal to me, Worms is a 30fps game right? This options is mostly meant for games running at 60fps as the ones mentioned by Corn and I.

PS: You can get an idea what this option does : It halts the VI rate, but also adjusts to the current FPS rate for better results.

Read the changelog, if it doesn't say anything about that game, no improvements are expected for it.

smooth= without lag,without delay

anyway,great work!!!!! i m a phat owner and my fps is ~50

regressions:
pokemon stadium 2, all colors are wrong,some menus are break(747) time ago pokemon stadium 2 was perfect,every rev breaks something :( :( :( ,i d like to play it again

pokemon stadium 1, some colors are wrong(not important)
