I purchased Spyro:Year of the dragon and when I try to play I get "The game could not be started (CA000005)" I am guessing it is because I have custom firmware, now is there anything I can download to make it so this game will work? Perhaps a plugin, update, or different CFW?

Lol I didn't have a copy here, It was only 6 bucks. Is there even a newer version of Gen D3 out?

I run 6.6ME - 1.6 (by neuron) .. and it has a feature were you can hold home button when the psp is booting and it will boot the original firmware (6.60 in this case).

Interesting, so If I turn it off then on again it goes back to the CFW so home brew works again? How could I go about changing my CFW?

edit: This seems to imply that this CFW can run PSN games.

How is 6.35 PRO-B5? I wouldn't even begin to remember how to update, It was a long time ago that I put 5.50 GEN D3 on my PSP. I did it without needing a Pandora battery or a magic memory stick, if that matters. I have the Darth Vader one.
