I already acknowledge this as a noob question and I know im missing something but what more can i do with pro C than with pro B can't people already play online with the psp?

this is adhoc to infrastructure

The psp had adhoc (psp's within range) and infrastructure (internet). This lets you take a game that's running adhoc, and it think's it's running adhoc .. but it's doing it over the internet. It's very similar to how some older pc games only do LAN multiplayer, but using a program so the game things it's playing on a lan yet your connected to ppl on the internet.

that's a under statement. :O

So instead of using adhoc for psp 2 psp it's using adhoc for over the internet??(Correct me if im wrong)

they re engineered it so it uses your routers connection instead of ad hoc. and psp 1000s dont work with it yet so im sad. :/
