should i enable clean scene on paper mario (will it cause random crashes?)
should i enable video rate match?(will it cause random crashes or make the game go slower?)
does enabling synchronous make the game randomly crash?

Nope, can fix couple of graphical flaw, but slows down game.
Nope, game goes a bit smother, but can still slow down.
